Joseph Lee Bailey

Mr. Joseph Lee Bailey, 69 of Person County, NC born to the union of William A. Bailey and the late Lucy Obie Bailey transitioned on Thursday November 17, 2022, at his home.  

Joseph received his education from Person County School System. He entered the United States Air Force on April 20, 1973, serving as Airman First Class until December 14, 1977, receiving honorably discharged. Joesph love gardening and sports.

Joseph was preceded in death by one brother: John “Nick” Bailey and one sister: Delores “Lois” Headen.

He leaves to cherish his memory a special friend Uetta Bailey; his father: William A. Bailey two sisters: Shirley Farrish (Hassel) and Brenda Bailey; four brothers: William T. Bailey, James Bailey, Anthony Bailey and Herbert Bailey; one Aunt: Minnie M. Bailey; one Uncle: Ira L. Bailey; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
